Party Tent - Enjoy the peace and quiet in our relaxed 40'x 40' party tent. The tent has carpeted flooring, lighting and windowed sidewalls for privacy and weather protection. Parties are held in our tent from Mid-May through Mid-October. Rental of the Outdoor Tent is $250 (up to 50 people) plus $5 per person over 50 people. 2 hours. Each additional 1/2 hour is $50. Deposits & Payments - A non-refundable deposit of $50 (US) is required to secure your party date. ($150 required to secure wedding ceremonies and/or receptions) Your party date is not officially secured until the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the party. Our facility is a smoke-free environment. No outside food or drinks are permitted.
