Fundraisers

Thank you for considering a Brown's Bakery Fundraiser for your school, team, club or non-profit organization. Our fundraiser includes selling some of our most popular Bakery treats - Apple Dumplings, Sugar Cakes, Whoopie Pies, Cherry Pudding, Pies, Brownies, Blondies and Fudge.  You can download all of the details on our fundraiser program here

Here is how our fundraising program works:

  • Contact us at 717-428-2036 x249 or email Tina@BrownsOrchards.com with your choice of Pick-Up Date. We require a 2-week notice from giving us your order totals and pick up.
  • We only allow two fundraisers per date.
  • We cannot accept fundraisers on the following black out dates for 2019: Nov. 18-Dec. 1 and Dec. 16-31.
  • When considering your date, please keep in mind that our bakery does not use preservatives in their products, so most items have a 2-4 day shelf life. Many parents sell fundraisers at their place of employment, so you should probably not use Friday or Sat as a pick up date if items cannot be delivered until Monday.
  • Most of our bakery items can be frozen up to one month. 
  • Once your date is set, we will email you the order form which you can photocopy or email out to your sellers.
  • Customers will make payments to your organization, not Brown's.
  • A representative from your organization will call or email in the totals per product at least 2 weeks prior to your pick up date.  717-428-2036 x249 or Tina@BrownsOrchards.com
  • Once your order is received, we will send you a confirmation invoice and payment is due at time of pick up.
  • To reduce the possibility of damage to our products, they are packaged in large cardboard boxes for transportation. We will include an estimate on the number of boxes your order will require.
  • Delivery may be available for a service fee based on mileage and size of order; otherwise all items must be picked up at the market (we recommend a van or truck)
  • At pick up or delivery, a representative from your organization will be responsible for checking the order before leaving Brown's and will need to sign a document that all items have been received.
  • We require a minimum of $100 in net sales to receive these fundraiser rates.
