• Scheduling of your gift - we offer you the ability to schedule the time for your pickup, as well as schedule the date of your delivery/shipment. This gives you the ability to order in advance of when you'd like your gift to be prepared.
• Custom greeting - we offer you the ability to create a custom greeting if the items you choose are gifts. The greetings will appear on tasteful gift cards.
• Re-ordering - by checking "My Account", you can view past purchases and re-order items with one click of the mouse.

Delivery/Pickup notes

As you place items in the cart, and proceed to checkout, you will notice the options for pickup or delivery may change depending on the items chosen. This is because we offer gift baskets for pickup and local delivery, and we offer gift boxes for shipping. We do not want to compromise the quality of our gift baskets by shipping them, but offer a wonderful line of gift boxes for shipping.

We have added a line of new Gift Boxes in new attractive shipping boxes. Browse and choose your favorites. Our boxes can be shipped throughout the continental U.S.; however, fresh fruit and baked goods boxes cannot be shipped to AZ or CA.

Lead Times

Upon ordering and checking out, you will see a "Next Available Date" proposed which is calculated based on the type of product you are ordering. This date may be changed to a later date.

For earliest preparation of your order, please place by 3PM, otherwise the date will be moved out one day.

Please note that lead times may be extended depending upon availablity of product.

Guidelines for choosing shipping method

When choosing parishables (fruit and/or bakery), please use judgement in determining the shipping method. In general the following rules will help ensure you receive your items in excellent quality.

• Fresh Fruit - when shipping fruit, use an option which will ensure your goods arrive within 3 days. The fruit will stay fresh much longer, however we want to make sure that the fruit does not spend too much time in a potentially warm environment while in transit. Note, that as you select certain shipping options, you will be limited in the actual date of shipment to ensure fruit does not rest with UPS over the weekend. (e.g. if you select ground, and attempt to select a shipping date of Wednesday, we will change the shipping date to the next Monday, to ensure the fruit arrives before Saturday).
• Bakery Items - We recommend you select a shipping option which will ensure your goods arrive within 2 days to ensure freshness. As with all shipping options, we protect your purchase by not allowing bakery items to ship on certain days, to ensure goods arrive before Saturday.

Note: If Bakery products are in your order, and you have not selected a delivery method which will ensure your products arrive within 2 days, we reserve the right to change the delivery method, and add the additional charge to your order, however we will make every attempt to contact you prior to making this change.
