Our August Orchard to Table Dinner will include a 5-course menu inspired by fresh, local produce. Each course is paired with Logan's View wine. The meal is prepared by Chef Jess Myers and Chef Chris Kauffman. The menu:
Appetizer - Roasted Red Pepper and Peach Bruschetta with Honey Balsamic glaze
Soup - Roasted Corn Chowder
Salad - Watermelon & Feta Caprese
Entree - Lemon Roasted Chicken, Herbed Farro & Sauteed Succotash.
Dessert - Triple Berry Crisp with Sabayon Sauce and Ice cream.
