Thurs, May 5 - National Day of Prayer Service; Noon-1pm

A community wide Prayer Service in Brown’s outdoor Pavilion. This service is sponsored by the Community Churches Witness Council (CCWC) of the Jacobus-Loganville area in conjunction with the day being the  65th Annual National Day of Prayer. The program includes scripture readings, Patriotic and spiritual hymns, a message by The Rev, Tom Beck, St. Peter’s Church, Seven Valleys, and a reading from Dr. Tony Evans that is read at all National Day of Prayer Events. All are welcome.

Sat, May 7 - UTA Karate Break-A-Thon Fundraiser; 9:30am

UTA Karate Shrewsbury & Delta will take over our pavilion for their annual "Kicks & Collects for HOPE" marial arts demonstration and break-a-thon fundraiser. All proceeds go directly to HOPE. Come on out and support these karate students and enjoy a great show! PLUS 15% of Market, Greeenhouse and Shiver Shack sales between 10am-3pm on May 7th will be donated to HOPE.

Sun, May 8 - Free ice cream for MOMS, Noon-6pm

Bring Mom to the Shiver Shack to enjoy a free small ice cream for Mother's Day!

Hosted by Art Wacther, this acoustic open mic event is great for talented musicians to play for our Cafe patrons. Stop in the Logan's View wine shop for FREE wine tastings and purchase a bottle to enjoy with dinner and music.

Sat, May 21 - Logan's View Sip into Summer Wine Event; 4-8pm at winery in Glen Rock

Held at the Winery in Glen Rock - 4830 Hildebrand Road, Glen Rock. Tickets $20 each (in advance - $25 day of event). Ticket includes BBQ sandwich & side by Brown's Catering plus wine glass and wine tastings. Special 15% discount on case purchases. Bring your own lawn chairs, canopy & additional food. No outside alcohol. Must be 21 to attend. Live music by "3 Dollar Suit", with opening band "Deja Blu" (our winemaker Steve's band). Tickets sold in the Logan's View Wine Shop inside Brown's Orchards or online here.

Tues, May 24 - Brown's Magical Kick off to Spring Picnic; 5:30-7:30pm

Magician Liam Laugherty is coming back to entertain the kids for our first family fun event for the season. Held out in our pavilion, families will enjoy a pizza buffet with snacks, a drink and scoop of ice cream from 5:30-6:00, then the Magic of Liam Laugherty from 6-7, followed by a meet and greet with Liam's animal friends from 7-7:30. BYOB (Bring your own blanket to enjoy your meal picnic style in our grassy area. Show will take place under the pavilion. Reservations required. Seating limited. Cost is $17 per person, includes parents and children. Children under Age 1 Free.  RAIN DATE Thurs, May 26th. Register online. Or in the market at the registers.

Fri, May 27 - Orchard to Table Dinner - "Berry"; 6:30-9pm

Our first Orchard to Table culinary experience for 2016 is a Berry-inspired 5-course menu paired with Logan's View Wines. This event is held in our pavilion. Seating is limited. $55 per person. Menu: Seared Halibut Green Salad, Berry Soup, Sweet Berry Bruschetta, Rosemary Beef Tips with Blackberry Red Wine Sauce, Berry-misu for dessert!  Joining our Chef Tom McNeal will be our Farm Manager, Brett Krosse, known to his friends & family at Bretty Crocker! Reserve your seat online or in the market at the registers.

Sun, May 29 - Jim Parsley "Memories of Elvis"; 2:30-5pm

Brown's Sunday Summer concerts kick off with a fan favorite, Elvis impersonator, Jim Parsley. Our Sunday concerts are sponsored by FlipSide and happen every Sunday through mid-October in our pavilion.
