May Events May 18 - Kids Day/Village Library Spelling Bee, 10am-1pm Dig into Reading and dig up a treasure chest. Crafts, local authors, face painting ($). Meet a pirate, come dressed as a pirate! May 19 - Key Largo Concert, 2:30-5pm FREE Our Sunday Summer Concerts kick off with the cool, smooth sounds of jazzy country and old time rock with the group Key Largo! Come on out and enjoy an afternoon of great music. |

May 22 - Civil War Infantry Visit, 5-7pm Bring the family out to the Brown Bean Cafe to enjoy dinner and meet a couple from the 45th PA Vols. Find out all about Civil War life at home and at the front! Kids eat Free every Wednesday night in our Cafe with each adult meal purchased! |

May 23 - Story Time with Mary Brown, 9:30am FREE Preschoolers are invited to join us in our Cafe every Thursday for story time. This week Mary will read stories about History and Civil War times! |

May 25-27 - Civil War Camp Out Company K of the 45th PA Vols. and the 21st Illinois Vols. will be encamped on our grounds for the Memorial Day weekend. Step back in time and learn what life was like 150 years ago through displays, interpretations, and military & cooking demonstrations. |

May 25 - Civil War Book Signing, 10am-Noon James McClure and Scott Mingus will be in the Pavilion signing copies of their book, "More Civil War Voices from York County." Visit the folks from Steam Into History and get all the details on the new steam engine coming to York County! Rost Brothers BBQ. |

May 26 - Skyla Burrell Concert, 2:30-5pm FREE Lead singer, Skyla Burrell, along with the band will entertain with high energy blues and rockin' Memphis soul. The band was a 2012 Blues Hall of Fame Inductee for PA. Their 5th CD will be released this summer! Rost Brothers BBQ. |
